Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold

Taking advantage of a powerful line-up (well at least there were a lot of us) and a bitter taste in their mouths after the loss the last time they played the Red-Bullz, the Frederick Stars steam-rolled the multi-gendered Red-Bullz 10-1. The list of goals and assists would be attached, but it is easier to list those that didn't score (namely Mark) who apparently has "Hammeritis" an affliction known to infect those who try hard to carry the rest of their team and subsequently fall short of the high-expectations they set for themselves (examples Tiger Woods, Tim Tebow). I am sure he will recover quickly.
It was nice to play a clean game (don't remember the last one) not even Scott G got a penalty last night, possibly impending fatherhood (again) was the cause for his calmness. Speaking of children, there will be several new additions to the Frederick Stars this Fall after The Campbells, Guenthers and perhaps others have their babies this fall, Congratulations to all.
A special thank you to Roco for showing up for last nights game, he seems to be our lucky charm as we always win when he is there. Possibly we could get him to show up for a Blues or Capital Punishment game and stop cherry picking the Thrashers and Red Bullz? Not sure why his girlfriend hasn't shown up lately?
Keep the Miller High Life Flowing. I will see you at the Rink.

A couple of things here

A couple of things here really confuse me.
How could you guys score 10 goals and Marc gets 0? He must have had 6 or 7 assists.
Rocko is no good luck charm. I've smelled luck once and I can guarantee you, he's not it.
And speaking of smell, I'm impressed that you guys who don't shower after games can actually convince your wives to procreate. Those women must truly love hockey!

Greetings to all from Germany. I haven't had the pleasure of playing any hockey since I got here in March. Quite the depressing point. Hold on to my jersey... I plan on using it again!

Things over here are going well. Our refrigerator is too small and is of the ancient frosting variety (still oddly common over here), but mostly we're comfortable in the new place. We'll be visiting London, Paris, Munich, and Salzburg over the next couple of months. That's what we came for. Spain, Netherlands, Egypt, Russia and some others are on the list... keep an eye out for new pictures on my other site, www.europetasted.com.

Cheers!!
